Faith and Friends Healthcare Staffing was created in 2018 in order to provide high quality, skilled nursing care to children in Mississippi with complex medical needs. We collaborate with the parents, the child’s physicians and therapists, and insurance to deliver patient-centered care and optimize our patients potential for reaching their social, emotional and developmental milestones all while in the comfort of their own home and with the love and support of their family and the nurses who become like family.

Bethany, our nurse manager, has been a RN for 12 years with experience in pediatric intensive care, adult and pediatric ECMO, and pediatric private duty nursing. It is her great passion to take care of and advocate for the most critically fragile sector of the medical community. She prides herself in her ability to support and encourage families and patients in the transition to care in the home. She works in conjunction with the nurses and coordinated care teams to collaborate and provide nursing services at the highest quality for each of our patients.
Rachel McCleave, our scheduler, has six plus years of scheduling experience with private duty nursing. As a mom of a medically fragile child herself, she understands the importance of good communication and a strong support system. Her extensive knowledge of medical resources and the medical community are an essential part of what makes her an asset to our team. Through her previous philanthropy experience and her child’s medical conditions, she brings resources, community support and assistance to our families.
Emilee, our patient/nurse liaison, has 17 years of nursing experience including pediatric critical care, congenital heart surgery, private duty nursing, and legal nursing. She has worked in private duty nursing for 6.5 years and does a combination of administrative duties and patient-care within Faith and Friends. She enjoys the individualized care she is able to provide to our patients in the home setting where they are more relaxed and comfortable, as well as the support she is able to provide the parents and siblings. She has always known that pediatric nursing was her calling and is passionate about providing care to our complex patients.
